Isa po ang sutrang ito ay isa rin sa may tuwirang pagsasalarawan kung ano ang pinuno ng samahang “Ang Kanyang Kamahalan (His Majesty – Ham Mahatmya)” punong-puno ng katusuhan at panlalamang sa kanyang kapwa lalo na sa mga maralitang miyembro niya na sa halip na tulungan niya sa paghihirap lalo pa niyang dinaragdagan ang paghihirap. Bawat isa ay inoobliga niya na magbigay sa kanya kung maari nga ay ang ikasampung bahagi ng kita o 10%, sa pananim naman ay ganun din, at kapag hindi napagbigyan magbibitaw ng salita na konti na ang maani sa mga susunod.

Binabanggit sa Kula-Arnava Tantra na maraming Guru na nabibigyan ng liwanag ang bawat tahanan, subalit mahirap makatagpo ng Guru na kayang tanglawan ang lahat na katulad ng araw, ang mga Guru na kinukuha ang pag-aari ng kanyang disipulo ay marami, subalit mahirap makatagpo ng Guru na inaalis ang paghihirap ng kanyang tagasunod.

HM: Kung ano ang iyong gawa, siya mong kamukha. – 022488

Walang mararating na DAKILA ano mang TAYOG ng ADHIKA, sa sobrang tayog ng kanyang adhikain na makapangloko inihahalintulad niya ang kanyang sarili sa DIYOS na may likha maging sa mga dakilang personalidad at intidad katulad nila; Sada Shiva, Bhairava, Veda Vyasa, Thoth Anubis, Hermes Trismegistus, Siegfred Odin, Jesus Christ at maging si Ba’ba (PRS). Ginagamit niya rin ng may pagmamataas ang pilosopiya ng Ananda Marga na para bang siya ang may akda na inaakala naman ng mga miyembro niya na puspos siya ng KARUNUNGAN.

“Ang sutra na ito na kanyang katha ay tunay na nararanasan niya, dahil sa mga kasalanang hindi niya maamin ng tuwiran sariling konsensya niya ang kanyang kalaban at ito na rin ang nasisilbing kaparusahan sa kanya, bakit? Ang taong alam ang kanyang KASALANAN ay hindi nagkakaroon ng katahimikan hangga’t hindi niya nakakamit ang kapatawaran ng taong kanyang napagkasalaan, may sapat bang basehan ang sinasabi kong ito? Meron po, dahil ang taong ito hingi ng hingi ng tawad sa aking kaibigan(through text) na nagawan niya ng matinding kasalanan ng labis labis na pang-aabuso, kaya ang taong ito ay walang katahimikan.
